At the Royal Albert Hall Online Shop, we want you to be delighted with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in a resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service or courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
